Opens August 1, 2025

• Registration: $775 per team

Acceptance Policy

The following criteria will be considered when accepting teams into this event starting on September 1, 2025. 

• Open Divisions by Invitation Only

• Clubs booked through Team Travel Source Housing will receive priority. (Not Stay & Play)

• Returning & Previously Supported Clubs will receive priority.

• Registration Date & Payment on File.

Event Type: Three Day Event 

Age Groups: 14 Open; 15U - 18U Girls Open & National

Divisions (From Highest Level to Lowest): Open, National

Awards

• Open - 1st Place (Medals, Banner); 2nd Place (Medals); 3rd Place ( Medals)

• National - 1st Place (Medals, Banner); 2nd Place (Medals); 3rd Place (Medals)

• AM Wave: TBD

Ticketing

• Daily Tickets - $27

• Weekend (3 Day) Passes - $55

• All spectators must purchase their tickets online in Sport Wrench and will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry. Photo ID will be checked upon initial entry, and all QR codes will be rescanned upon re-entry into the facility. 

• Children under the age of 10 are free..

• Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds. Refunds MUST be requested within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

• All spectators will agree to the spectator code of conduct when purchasing a ticket.

Stay & Gain - Teams traveling from outside 100 miles will receive hotel rebates back to the club as long as a minimum of 5 rooms per team is met.
